Shipping Policy

  • Animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability to receive the package

Limitation of Liability

Primal LLC is not liable for:

  • Injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use or ownership of any animal or product
  • Improper care or handling by the customer
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party shipping providers

All products and animals are provided “as is” without extended warranties.
